Title: Siebel Developer

Location: Alexandria, VA

Duration: 5 years + (possibility of extension)


Job Summary:

The Siebel Developer will help with implementation of Siebel CRM projects for federal clients. This position is responsible for the configuration, integration and implementation of Siebel CRM, supporting modules and integration with middleware, such as Oracle Fusion, and User Interface. 

Job Responsibilities:

The Siebel Developer will implement technical requirements of the project in the Siebel CRM platform based on system design documents. The Developer is able to address technical issues and identify risks and issues. The Developer is familiar with Siebel environment and best practices, and will assist the Testing team in defining quality test cases and test scenarios. It's preferred that Siebel Developer is familiar with Agile mythology (e.g., Scrum).   

Candidate Profile:

1) 2 years or more of experience directly related to designing and implementing integration solutions using Siebel CRM technologies.

2) Hands on experience with technical infrastructure of Siebel application.

3) Knowledge of Siebel application including application servers, file servers, upgrades, patches and related processes.

4) Experience with design and implementation of Siebel data model.

5) Knowledge of Siebel Tools and the ability to map objects from the application to the database.

6) Ability to work within a large project team with diverse technical skill sets.

7) Ability to establish and manage priorities.

8) Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills.



Preferred Experiences:  

1) AGILE Experience - One yearor more of AGILE project experience including concepts and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

2) Oracle Fusion - Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and ability to integrate Oracle Fusion as part of the Siebel CRM solution.

3) Object Oriented Design -Experience with object-oriented design and implementation.
