Job description

Midwest Health is looking for qualified candidates to join our Maintenance Team. These team members will serve the area's Senior Living Communities that are in their region. They will be responsible for responsible for quality repairs, remodeling, and improvement projects.

Candidate must have reliable transportation.

We are looking for team members in the following regions:

  • One full-time employee for our Kansas City region

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Treat residents, visitors, and team members with respect and dignity.

  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.

  • Be able to perform items including but not limited to rough & finish carpentry, siding/gutter work, drywall & patching,

    interior/exterior painting, flooring & tiling, cabinetry & countertops, minor plumbing/electrical.

  • Facility grounds must be maintained in an orderly fashion, free from hazards, debris and clutter. Sidewalks and drives must be free

    from snow, ice, leaves and in good repair.

  • Assures 24-hour availability of service for maintenance emergencies.
