Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking, experienced installers to join our Siding crew in Northern Wisconsin. If you have hands-on construction experience and want to build your skills with a growing team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Install James Hardie panel and lap siding, Nichiha, metal siding, composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks on job sites
  • Support skilled tradespeople while sharpening your craft
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
  • Apply construction techniques with growing independence

What You Need

Required:

  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive

Desired:

  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques
  • Experience with siding installation (James Hardie, metal, composite panels)
