Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking, experienced installers to join our Siding crew in Northern Wisconsin. If you have hands-on construction experience and want to build your skills with a growing team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Install James Hardie panel and lap siding, Nichiha, metal siding, composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
- Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks on job sites
- Support skilled tradespeople while sharpening your craft
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
- Apply construction techniques with growing independence
What You Need
Required:
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
