What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Siding Installer, you'll install a variety of commercial siding and exterior building systems on projects throughout Wisconsin. Working alongside an experienced crew, you'll help deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining Wenger's commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.
You'll work with products and systems including:
- James Hardie (panel and lap siding)
- Nichiha
- Metal siding (single skin)
- Composite Wall Panels (ACM)
- Longboard
- Knotwood
- Rain screen systems
- Wall insulation systems
- Standing seam metal roofing
- Custom sheet metal (flashings, trims, roof edge metal, and copings)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing commercial siding and exterior building systems while maintaining Wenger's quality and safety standards.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
- Safely operating hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment.
- Working efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Following all OSHA and Wenger Construction safety policies.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- At least 2–3 years of construction or commercial siding installation experience.
- Experience installing James Hardie, Nichiha, ACM panels, metal siding, Longboard, or similar exterior systems is preferred.
- The ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
- A valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to jobsites throughout Wisconsin.
