About the Role

Wenger Construction is seeking an Experienced Commercial Siding Installer to join our Northern Siding team.

This position is ideal for someone with at least 2–3 years of construction or siding installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and is committed to working safely every day.

As a Commercial Siding Installer, you'll install a variety of commercial exterior cladding systems while working alongside an experienced crew to deliver exceptional results for our customers throughout Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install commercial siding systems while maintaining Wenger's quality and safety standards.
  • Install a variety of exterior cladding systems, including:
    • James Hardie (panel and lap siding)
    • Nichiha
    • Metal siding (single skin)
    • Composite Wall Panels (ACM)
    • Longboard
    • Knotwood
  • Assist with the installation of:
    • Rain screen systems
    • Wall insulation systems
    • Custom sheet metal (flashings, trims, roof edge metal, copings)
    • Standing seam metal roofing
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and construction equipment.
  • Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
  • Follow all OSHA and Wenger Construction safety policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of construction experience or commercial siding installation experience required.
  • Commercial siding installation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience installing James Hardie, Nichiha, ACM panels, metal siding, Longboard, or similar exterior systems.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin.
Other Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
