## Strategic Technology Partner - Product EnablementApplyremote type: Remotelocations: NY - Remotetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-1592**Job Description:**The Technology Systems Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing backend support and ensuring the seamless operation of our core technology systems, including our electronic health record (EHR) platform, internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, scheduling platform, and other technology tools that support our business objectives.As a key member of our extended team, the Technology Systems Support Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation within our operations. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutions-oriented professional with a deep understanding of health tech systems, integrations, and the unique challenges of a fast-paced startup environment.**Responsibilities:**Backend Support and Maintenance:* Provide technical support and maintenance for our EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform), and external vendors.System Optimization and Management:* Support implementation of new tools and platforms with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity.* Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.* Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments.* Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations.**Work Experience:*** 3 yearsWe take into account an individualโ€™s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary.
