What You Will Do:

  • Drive market expansion by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the Dallas region
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies including calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel organizations
  • Identify client needs and position tailored infrastructure and technology solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through close with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and ensure successful deal execution
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand market presence
  • Coordinate client visits and on-site experiences that showcase capabilities and build trust
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting within CRM tools
  • Continuously gather market intelligence and provide insights to leadership

What You Bring:

  • 5 or more years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within technology, infrastructure, or related industries
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing complex deals
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Experience working with channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, or similar ecosystems is highly preferred
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Local market knowledge and an existing professional network in the Dallas area is highly valued
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
