Shuttle Driver


Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver at DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend is responsible for providing safe, friendly, and efficient transportation services for hotel guests. This role is a key part of the guest experience, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs while delivering the warm hospitality that defines the DoubleTree brand.

Pay: $12.00/hour + tips
Status: Part-Time


Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, local businesses, Notre Dame area, etc.)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming first/last impression of the hotel
  • Assist guests with luggage and directions as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs
  • Complete required logs and inspection checklists

Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must meet company and insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle
  • Previous driving or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
