Compensation & Schedule
  • CDL-A $28.27/hr + H&W $6.16 // CDL-B Rate - $25.61/hr + H&W $6.16 Straight Time- for the first 40 hours
  • NO Overtime
  • Must be available for the Floater schedule of 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts
  • Weekly pay - NO holds
  • Floater driver must be able to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Our drivers are ambassadors of our company and are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

What you'll do
  • Most routes run between Grand Rapids-Muskegon or Grand Rapids-Grand Haven.
  • Must have a flexible schedule available for the Floater position for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

  • Valid CDL-A license or Valid B license + Valid Medical DOT card
  • 12+ months verified experience
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Meets all FMCSA requirements
  • No more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years (recordable or non-recordable)
  • Automatic transmission experience
  • Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
