Job description

Shuttle Driver (Experienced) – Frisco, TX

Stratton Amenities is hiring an experienced Shuttle Driver to support transportation operations at a high-end property in Frisco, Texas. This role requires prior experience operating both shuttle vans and shuttle buses. Only candidates with proven experience in both will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate shuttle vans and shuttle buses for scheduled and on-demand routes
  • Transport residents, guests, or clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues immediately
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure a professional presentation at all times
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols
  • Provide a courteous, service-oriented experience to all passengers
  • Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when needed
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and incident reports as required

Requirements

  • Verified experience driving both shuttle vans and shuttle buses (mandatory)
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles within company fleet specifications
  • Must meet all state and insurance requirements to operate company vehicles
  • Minimum age of 23
  • Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
