EXPERIENCED CLASS A & B CDL DRIVERS: BE HOME MOST NIGHTS!

Job Location: Irwin, PA
We are a growing interior and exterior door manufacturer serving customers across the seven states surrounding the Tri-State region, and we're looking for professional CDL drivers who value safety, accuracy, and reliability.
If you're an experienced driver who wants steady regional work, modern equipment, and a company that respects professionalism - we want to talk to you. Applicants seeking short-term or temporary work may not find this position a fit.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across our regional service area
  • Make multiple stops per route and assist by moving product safely to the tailgate for customer offload
  • Secure loads properly between stops to prevent damage and ensure safe transport
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery verification while abiding by all FMCSA safety requirements.
  • Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support operations
Training & Onboarding
All drivers start by learning our operation from the ground up:
  • Initial training on the shipping dock
  • Learn company procedures, safety expectations, and loading techniques
  • Understand product handling to prevent damage and improve delivery efficiency
  • Transition to driving once fully prepared for success
Schedule & Travel
  • Primarily day runs
  • 1-2 overnight trips per week may be required
  • Company-paid and arranged hotel accommodations
  • Per diem provided for overnight travel
Pay & Benefits
Hourly starting rate depends on experience, license class, and performance Overtime opportunities available and required Stable, year-round manufacturing workload Regional routes - no unpredictable long-haul schedules All automatic well-maintained equipment and supportive dispatch team, ELD's.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A or B CDL
  • Minimum 5 years of CDL driving experience (required)

  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable
  • Delivery or material handling experience preferred
  • Clean MVR
