NOW HIRING: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are a growing regional interior and exterior door manufacturer seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to support our customers across our service region. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, highly professional, and takes pride in solving problems the right way the first time.
If you enjoy a mix of fieldwork, customer interaction, and hands-on technical work - with the stability of a manufacturing company behind you - we want to hear from you. This role is best suited for applicants seeking long-term, stable employment with accountability and high standards.
What You'll Do
  • Travel to job sites to troubleshoot installed door systems
  • Perform warranty repairs and component replacements
  • Visit both unoccupied construction sites and occupied homes
  • Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer service
  • Document service work clearly and accurately
  • When service demand is low, assist in warehouse roles to support shipping, product handling, or operations
  • Participate in training to learn product lines, installation methods, and troubleshooting procedures

Schedule & Travel
  • Generally a 5-day work week
  • No weekends
  • Overtime may be required depending on workload
  • Some overnight travel required
  • Company-paid hotel accommodations and per diem provided
  • Company vehicle and all required tools supplied
