Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager

About the Role
Shurco is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to lead commercialization and marketing planning across the business. This role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends planning with execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and drives initiatives to completion while working effectively across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Commercialization
- Lead commercialization strategies for new products, product enhancements, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Support product positioning, portfolio planning, and lifecycle strategies.
- Coordinate product launch planning and cross-functional execution.
- Align Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Identify sales enablement needs and partner with Marketing to deliver tools and resources that support commercial success.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives and align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational processes, and customer engagement.
- Support strategic initiatives that strengthen the One Shurco customer experience across products, channels, and brands.
Sales Enablement
- Identify sales enablement needs and develop strategies that help commercial teams win business.
- Partner with Marketing on the development of product literature, presentations, battle cards, competitive comparisons, sales training materials, and customer-facing content.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to successfully position Shurco solutions.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and develop insights that support product positioning and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze customer feedback, market research, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and portfolio optimization.
Data Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and product launch performance using data-driven metrics.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs across commercialization and marketing initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports that communicate commercial performance, campaign effectiveness, and business insights to leadership.
- Provide recommendations based on analytics to improve future marketing investments and commercial execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in product marketing, commercial marketing, marketing management, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches and bringing new products to market.
- Strong understanding of product portfolio management, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience supporting distributors or dealer networks.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, transportation, agriculture, or other B2B industries.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, website strategy, or customer experience initiatives.
