What We Are Looking For

This position will assist two seasoned Agents in our Non-Scripted department, as well as participate in supporting the Agency's top tier production company, showrunner, director, and onscreen/touring talent rosters. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.


Duties

  • Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes
  • Tracking client schedules, potential opportunities, and overall execution of deals
  • Collecting and assembling client and creative submissions
  • Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
  • Optimizing efficiency and communication between agents, clients, studios, production partners, and network buyers
  • Maintain and track expenses
  • Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years' of professional experience

Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
