Your role will involve managing a customer database, greeting showroom visitors, facilitating test drives, and collaborating with our sales manager. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions
  • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections
  • Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
  • Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies
  • Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales

Qualifications:
  • Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
  • Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Experience not required
