As a Showroom Sales Consultant – Glass & Architectural Design, you will be responsible for welcoming clients to our showroom, presenting our premium glass products, and supporting the sales process by helping clients understand our solutions and move forward with their projects.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, delivering an outstanding customer experience;
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and explain our glass and architectural design solutions based on client needs;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision-making stage;
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and provide detailed product information;
  • Assist clients with quotes and guide them through the next steps in the sales process;
  • Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional and welcoming environment;
  • Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot);
  • Stay up to date on Crystalia Glass products and architectural glass industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as showroom sales, retail sales, or client service is required;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients;
  • Sales Support: Ability to confidently present products and assist with closing deals;
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus);
  • Professionalism: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
