Per Diem Home Health Aide/CNA

As the Per Diem Home Health Aide/CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
  • Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
  • Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required
  • Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care
  • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Required Qualification:
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
State-Specific Requirement:
  • WA: Must be certified by the Washington Department of Health
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • 6+ months of home care experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $13 to $20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
