Job description

JSOM Administrative Support – FT Temporary

General support for a defined time period. Benefits Eligible.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Assisting faculty with purchasing, reimbursement filings, and room/resource access, arranging travel plans.

Assisting Area with account management, including budget tracking and reconciling cost multiple centers.

May assist faculty with communication to their students.

Supporting other area admins with general administrative duties.

This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for up to 40 hours per week.

Work will be performed on-site and in person.
