Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist - Short-Term Assignment for short-term front desk coverage in the Houston, TX 77041 area. Exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.


Assignment: Friday, June 12, 2026 through Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Schedule: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Pay: $22.50 / hr.

Type: Short-term contract assignment.


What you will do:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
