Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Field Specialist to handle property staging, guest amenity deliveries, and on-site support. In this role, you will ensure our short-term rental units are fully stocked, property keys or access codes are functioning, and guest requests—such as extra linens, high chairs, or welcome packages—are delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Deliveries & Setup: Transport linens, towels, toiletries, welcome baskets, and requested guest amenities directly to vacation rental properties.
  • On-Site Guest Support: Respond to guest requests during their stay, troubleshoot minor property issues, and deliver replacement items as needed.
  • Property Inspections: Perform quick pre-arrival walkthroughs to ensure units are immaculate, fully stocked, and staged according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track linen and guest amenity stock levels at the central warehouse and manage restock runs across properties.
  • Vehicle & Logistics: Safely operate company or personal vehicles along assigned daily routes, keeping track of check-in and check-out schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Strong background in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry delivery bins, linen bags, and supplies up to 50 lbs (including climbing stairs).
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts tied to check-in/check-out windows.
