Job description

Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to complete full-house turnovers for our short-term rental properties.

This position requires mandatory weekend availability. Turnovers must be completed within a limited window between guest checkout and the next guest’s arrival, so punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete full-house cleaning and sanitizing between guests
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Change and neatly arrange all bed linens
  • Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and linens as assigned
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
  • Remove trash and replace liners
  • Dust furniture, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces
  • Clean appliances and check inside cabinets, drawers, and refrigerators
  • Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest supplies
  • Check for damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or excessive messes
  • Arrange furniture and décor according to property standards
  • Complete a final inspection to ensure the entire home is guest-ready
  • Submit completion photos or checklists when required

Requirements:

  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Available on weekends, including Sundays
  • Able to work independently and follow property-specific checklists
  • Able to complete turnovers within scheduled timeframes
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift laundry, supplies, and equipment and perform physical cleaning duties
  • Must communicate promptly regarding damages, maintenance issues, or delays
  • Previous residential, hotel, or short-term rental cleaning experience is preferred

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that cleanliness is one of the most important parts of a guest’s experience. This is not basic housekeeping—the entire property must be fully cleaned, inspected, restocked, and ready for the next guest.

To apply, please include your cleaning experience, weekend availability, reliable transportation status, and references.
