Job description

Are you a detail-oriented ISD with a passion for high-stakes training? We are looking for an experienced Course Evaluator/Instructional System Designer to support a critical 8-week program on-site in Glynco, Georgia. (2- and 4-week assignments available).
LOCATION; Glynco, Georgia
SECURITY CLEARANCE:  Current Public Trust or Eligible
This is a short-term project with the potential for additional work.
The Role:
In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the curriculum, ensuring training delivery remains top-tier. You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive course and instructor evaluations, identifying gaps in instructional delivery, and providing ISD support to refine materials in real-time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design/Education from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to work a demanding 6-day weekly schedule for the duration of the project.
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback.
  • You must have a current Public Trust clearance or be eligible for a Public Trust.
