Your Three Key Areas of Responsibility:

Innovate: Develop cutting-edge strategies that build brand awareness and establish industry credibility.

Protect & Connect: Support and manage engagement, risk mitigation, and customer service across all social media and eCommerce channels.

Create: Develop exciting content (especially static imagery and short-form video!), strategies, and campaigns based on real-time trends.

What You’ll Be Doing (Duties):Content Creation & Copywriting

Create and manage high-quality content across all platforms, specializing in impactful static posts and engaging short-form video.

Write compelling copy for social media content, campaigns, and engagement responses.

Assist with our YouTube video production to expand our long-form video footprint.

Create and execute engaging Email Marketing campaigns.

Manage weekly blog posts for our digital footprint.

Maintain a consistent tone, persona, and visual look and feel across all interaction channels.

Strategy & Campaign Management

Balance and seamlessly transition work across multiple brand accounts and social media channels.

Develop tailored, platform-specific strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Amazon, Walmart, and more.

Collaborate with brands and buyers to build cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying market trends, industry shifts, and competitive activities.

Community Management

Manage interactions with users across multiple communities, representing the brand with a positive attitude.

Handle community management, moderation, paid targeting, monitoring, and responding to user questions, comments, and reviews.

Proactively report and escalate applicable negative engagements and potential risks.

Analytics & Reporting

Set goals for, track, and report on social-related metrics, ensuring leadership visibility and explaining the significance of the data.

Collect and manage data, analyzing customer trends and characteristics to drive informed community decisions.

Analyze and report on key community management metrics on a monthly basis.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role.

Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of current social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, great interpersonal skills, and a highly positive attitude.

Organization: The ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Agility: Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Software Skills: Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Adobe Products like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. Canva
