  • Production Support: Coordinate with fabrication, paint, and assembly; assist with material handling; keep schedules on track.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform bit changes, cleaning, lubrication; manage dust collection and waste; follow OSHA and company safety procedures; keep the area spotless.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform in a fast-paced shop.
Extra credit
  • Experience with MultiCam, AXYZ, ShopSabre, Laguna, CamMaster, or comparable CNC platforms.
  • Solid understanding of tool selection and cutting strategy.
  • Hands-on sign fabrication: channel letters, cabinets, ADA, dimensional letters.
  • Forklift certified or experienced.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or production workflows.
Environment & demands
  • Manufacturing/fabrication shop with dust, noise, and active equipment.
  • Extended standing throughout the shift.
How we’ll gauge impact

  • High machine uptime and maintenance discipline.
  • Part quality that meets spec the first time.
  • Strong teamwork and streamlined handoffs.
Why you’ll like it here

We offer a competitive salary plus medical, life insurance, 401K, and vacation PTO. We’re looking for an experienced sign professional who thrives as a team player and enjoys keeping a router humming.
