Job description

Mobile Automotive Technician (B-Level) – $40-$60 Flat Rate

Adam’s Auto Aid, LLC is hiring an experienced B-Level Mobile Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida.

We are a fast-growing mobile repair company focused on high-quality work, honest communication, and a modern customer experience. We are looking for a motivated technician who can work independently, diagnose issues efficiently, and provide professional service directly at customer locations.

Job Type

  • Full-time

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8AM-4PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs at customer locations
  • Complete maintenance and repair services including:
    • Brakes
    • Suspension
    • Steering
    • Cooling systems
    • Tune-ups
    • Batteries and charging systems
    • AC repair
    • General mechanical repairs
  • Perform digital vehicle inspections with photos and notes
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding:
    • ETA updates
    • Delays
    • Repair recommendations
    • Job completion notifications
  • Accurately document labor and workflow using shop management software
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional communication skills
  • Own hand tools
  • Proper vehicle to work out of

Preferred

  • ASE Certifications
  • Electrical diagnostic experience
  • Experience using Shopmonkey or similar software
