Engagement Manager - Marketing Technology & Digital Commerce
Sogeti USA - a part of CapGemini is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead one of our largest and most strategic retail digital transformation programs. This individual will serve as the onsite leader for a multi-year Marketing Technology implementation, partnering closely with client executives, Adobe, and Sogeti USA/Capgemini leadership.
This role requires a seasoned consulting professional with deep Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Commerce, and Retail industry experience. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for executive stakeholder management, delivery leadership, program governance, commercial oversight, and cross-functional coordination across multiple implementation workstreams.
This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who understands modern digital marketing platforms, customer experience, ecommerce, content management, and enterprise digital transformation.
Daily onsite presence is required.
Required Experience
Candidates must have:
  • 10+ years of Engagement Management experience.
  • 7+ years managing enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience leading Marketing Technology implementations.
  • Proven experience leading Digital Commerce or Ecommerce transformation initiatives.
