Job description

We are seeking a Senior Shopify E-commerce Marketing Growth Specialist with over 7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing to lead and execute innovative growth strategies. This solo contributor role requires a results-driven expert proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and major advertising platforms, reporting directly to the CEO and E-commerce Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling Shopify businesses from mid-six to seven figures, leveraging data-driven marketing, budget management, and AI tools to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the Shopify store.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Create and oversee engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and promotions.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys using Klaviyo.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing, content creation, automation, and business workflows.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, and profitability.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure strong returns on investment.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing and growing Shopify stores.
  • Proven success scaling an e-commerce business from approximately $500K to over $1M in annual revenue.
  • Expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
