Job Description Central Employment Marketing & Digital division are delighted to be working with an established eCommerce & bricks-and-mortar Retailer, as they look to appoint a data driven eCommerce Executive. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the online sales journey from traffic generation through to checkout and repeat purchase Monitor day to day website performance including user experience, navigation, product pages and checkout flow Manage product listings, pricing updates, stock levels and online merchandising Work closely with the Shopify agency and design team to improve functionality and customer experience Ensure search engine optimisation best practice is applied across product and category pages Provide insights on customer buying behaviour to support new product development Support product photography for online use Keep the website updated with seasonal campaigns, promotions and offers Identify opportunities to improve average order value and conversion performance Collaborate with marketing teams across PPC, social media, email and search activity Monitor daily, weekly and monthly trading performance Review sales data and adjust pricing, offers and stock allocation where needed Use analytics tools including Shopify, GA4 and Tag Manager to track performance and report on key metrics Liaise with warehouse, fulfilment and buying teams to support smooth order delivery Required Skills and Experience Experience working with Shopify or a similar e commerce platform Strong data analysis skills with experience tracking performance metrics Experience writing search optimised product content or similar digital copy Commercial awareness with a focus on results
