Job description

Job Title: Jewelry Specialist

Location: 7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland, OR 97224

Pay: $27 to $36/hour, DOE (~$55 to $75K annually, based on full-time hours)

Shine bright with us! MiaDonna is seeking an experienced Jewelry Specialist to join our sales team at our Bridgeport Village location. If you have a passion for luxury retail, a flair for styling, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.


Role Details

  • Schedule: 4-5, 6-10.5 hour retail shifts/week, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays
  • Employment type: Full-time, hourly (overtime eligible in accordance with state and federal law)
  • Start date: ASAP, based on availability of the selected candidate

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
  • Guide customers through the selection process to find their perfect piece

  • Ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times
  • Fulfillment (inventory management, data entry, order preparation, and quality checks)

    • 1+ yearsluxury retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals
    • Ability to reliably commute to our Bridgeport Village location (7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland OR 97224)
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism

    • Experience with retail management software and POS systems
