Job purpose:

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth and spearheading our mission to be the market-leading digital consultancy. You will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver integrated solutions-spanning strategy, CX, and technology-that solve complex business challenges for mid-to-enterprise level clients. By optimizing partnership channels and advancing our account-based marketing strategies, you will ensure a robust pipeline and the successful acquisition of innovative brands. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our market share across key industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Travel and Hospitality, and Life Sciences.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets while providing direct leadership on high-value, complex opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sellers through proactive performance management, goal-setting, and continuous coaching.
  • Drive industry-specific expansion into Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Pharma/HLS sectors based on rigorous market potential assessments.
  • Collaborate with Delivery leadership to design and launch packaged offerings and accelerators as part of the global Go-To-Market plan.
  • Optimize revenue outcomes from key technology partnerships, including Salesforce, AWS and Shopify.
  • Manage ongoing pipeline analysis and provide accurate revenue forecasting to support holistic business planning cycles.
  • Develop and manage a process for inbound lead follow-up to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Deliver regular market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team to influence future service offerings and agency positioning.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development and Marketing for Salesforce services
  • Proven track record in leading high performing sales team
  • Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms and the SI ecosystem
  • Extensive experience in solving for complex business challenges through selling in multi-platform solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry, market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies and plans
  • Significant experience selling digital commerce solutions to Mid-to-Enterprise level companies, at C-level
  • Proven experience in closing 6-7 figure deals
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Significant experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
  • Proficient in creating and delivering presentations with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree plus
