Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels, with a strong focus on Amazon, Shopify, and other digital marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, managing product listings, and executing data-driven strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, marketplace management experience, and digital marketing knowledge to help scale online sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities across Amazon, Shopify, and additional online marketplaces.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive advantage.

Amazon Channel Management
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, including listings, pricing, promotions, and account performance.
  • Optimize product listings through keyword research, SEO, A+ Content, and enhanced imagery.
  • Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP advertising.
  • Monitor account health, compliance requirements, and key performance metrics.

Shopify & Website Management
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

Marketplace Expansion
  • Manage additional online channels such as Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Target+, and other platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding, pricing, inventory, and product information across all marketplaces.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze KPIs including conversion rate, website traffic, average order value (AOV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue.
  • Create performance reports and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Use data to optimize campaigns, product listings, and customer experiences.

Inventory & Operations
  • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage forecasting, replenishment planning, and fulfillment strategies, including FBA and 3PL operations.
  • Minimize stockouts and overstock situations through proactive inventory management.

Marketing & Promotions
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage seasonal promotions, deals, and discount strategies.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proven success managing Amazon and Shopify platforms and driving online sales growth.

Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Experience managing Shopify backend operations and app integrations.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ads and PPC advertising; Google Ads experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketplace tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and similar platforms.
