Job description

Who we are
At Rocky, we feel our best in nature and we feel our best when we nurture ourselves with nature. That's why for over 25 years we've been students of this glorious Earth — formulating everyday essentials that nurture your skin, body, and hair, all crafted with care here in the Canadian Rockies.
Our 14 locations nationwide are designed to bring nature indoors. Crafted from natural materials, they guide customers through immersive sensorial experiences anchored by our signature sink — unique to each location.
Growing our culture-focused team means finding those who share the belief that we are a part in the greater ecosystem, working together to make a positive impact in our communities and for the Earth.
Are you a natural fit for the new world of Rocky?
The position
The Systems Support role is designed to support Rocky's systems and technology operations, helping ensure seamless workflows between digital platforms, teams, and external partners. This position plays a key role in maintaining systems accuracy, resolving technical issues, and supporting day-to-day system needs across various departments.
This is a temporary, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid capacity with 1 day per week on-site at our Canmore Workshop location.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and manage system integrations through NetSuite and Celigo to ensure accurate and timely data flow between platforms
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors related to orders, inventory, fulfillment, refunds, and customer transactions
  • Perform data corrections within NetSuite, Shopify, and other systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e. CX, Shipping, Finance, Procurement)
  • Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including NetSuite, Shopify, RF Smart, Power BI, Microsoft applications, and related platforms
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and system access requests to support business operations while maintaining appropriate security controls
  • Coordinate and support ticket resolution with Final Frontiers, including troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up
  • Assist with reporting requests and system maintenance initiatives
  • Support technology hardware management, including laptop provisioning, replacements, repairs, and inventory tracking
  • Respond to time-sensitive issues and provide timely solutions to minimize business disruption

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous NetSuite experience is required; experience with Celigo and Shopify is considered an asset
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and troubleshoot multiple systems and platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

What's in it for you?

  • Significant product discounts and quarterly allowances
  • Access to a dedicated Rocky coach to help you optimize your potential
  • The opportunity to participate in culture club organized activities

Application

  • We're accepting applications for the Systems Support position until a suitable candidate is found.
  • Eligibility: candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
