About Bold Commerce

Bold Commerce is a leading ecommerce technology company helping merchants grow, scale, and succeed online. For over a decade, we've delivered innovative, user-friendly solutions that enable seamless shopping experiences, boost revenue, and build customer loyalty. Our products span checkout enhancements, pricing strategies, and more, so merchants can focus on what they do best: running their business.

rePete is our latest innovation, designed to increase customer lifetime value without increasing churn. It learns each customer's real purchase rhythm and delivers perfectly timed reorder nudges - no rigid schedules, no forced commitments.

At Bold, we combine cutting-edge technology with deep merchant insights, creating tools that drive growth today and future-proof businesses for tomorrow.
About the role

We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to build rePete's agency partner channel from the ground up. You'll identify, recruit, and grow relationships with Shopify agencies, creating partnerships that drive merchant adoption and become a meaningful source of revenue. Working cross-functionally across the business, you'll help shape our partnership strategy and scale the program as rePete grows.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute Bold's agency partnership strategy for rePete.
  • Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard high-value Shopify agency partners.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of prospective agency partners through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives that drive merchant adoption and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships with agency partners and help them successfully position rePete to their merchants.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support agency success and accelerate growth.
  • Monitor partnership performance, gather feedback, and continuously strengthen the agency program as it scales.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or agency development.
  • A builder who thrives on creating something from the ground up.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to do what it takes to build a new channel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to cold prospect, network, and open new doors.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of driving business growth through partnerships.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with Shopify agencies or similar partner ecosystems is a strong asset.

Our Investment in YOU!

  • Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and skills
  • Employer Paid Health & Dental Benefits - starting day 1!
  • Competitive paid vacation days
  • Annual Health Benefit ($1,000 per year) to help you thrive!
  • Virtual mental health and EAP platform for support anytime
  • Employee Options to help you grow with us!
  • Working remotely - anywhere in Canada
  • Flexible work hours
