Role: PPC Specialist (Google & Meta Ads – E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities:Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and YouTube campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Develop high-converting ad strategies for Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Retargeting campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns to increase eCommerce sales.
Budget Management & ROAS Optimization
  • Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and maximize ROAS.
  • Analyze CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and other key KPIs to continuously refine campaigns.
  • Implement bid strategy adjustments using manual and automated bidding techniques.
  • Utilize first-party data, lookalike audiences, and advanced retargeting tactics to improve conversion rates.
Creative & Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Optimize ad copy for engagement, conversions, and AIDA principles.
  • A/B test landing pages using heatmaps, user behavior analysis, and conversion tracking.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and third-party tracking tools to monitor and measure campaign performance.
  • Create detailed reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with Google & Meta Ads algorithm updates, eCommerce trends, and ad policy changes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in PPC management for eCommerce brands or digital agencies.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data-driven marketing.

  • Experience with landing page optimization tools like Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or Elementor.
