Job description

We are seeking a Product Upload Specialist to assist our Digital Sales amp; Marketing team with uploading and managing product listings on our company website. This role requires strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry.

This is a temporary role with an estimated timeline of 30-60 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, organize, and maintain product listings on the company’s eCommerce platform.
  • Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and consistent.
  • Work closely with the Digital Sales amp; Marketing Specialist to meet upload deadlines and quality standards.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist with other digital product management or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Strong experience with spreadsheets and Excel for data management and organization.
  • Highly Preferred: Experience using Matrixify for bulk uploads.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Phoenix office.
