Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing & Customer insights– Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and inquisitive Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics to join Titan Brands. This individual will own how we organize and interpret our marketing data so the business can clearly understand the impact of everything we spend and everything we send.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious and thrives on asking “why.” Who are our customers? Where do they come from? How are they interacting with our brands? What products lead to greater LTV? If these types of problem-solving questions excite you, then this role is an excellent fit.

In this position, you will be responsible for building a trusted customer and marketing data foundation, turning it into insight, and designing the tests that tell us where to invest next. You will communicate findings clearly to leadership to support data-backed decision-making that impacts both short-term execution and long-term growth.

In the Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics role, you will:

  • Organize marketing, customer, and sales data into trusted, reusable reporting so the business works from a single source of truth.
  • Analyze customer acquisition and retention — who our customers are, which channels source them, and what they are worth over time.
  • Map the customer journey across our brands, connecting on-site behavior and channel interactions to purchase outcomes.
  • Design, run, and read out marketing tests (incrementality, geo, audience, creative, and offer) with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Investigate performance fluctuations in sales and ad campaigns, answering the critical question: “Why?”
  • Quantify the financial and business impact of paid media, email, and site changes across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo.
  • Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards and self-serve reporting for the Paid Media, ecommerce, email, and creative teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to turn analysis into recommendations on budget allocation, targeting, and product focus.
  • Support forecasting, goal setting, and ad hoc analysis for monthly/quarterly planning.
