What We're Looking For
  • Experience that Shines:2+ years of demonstrated success in a Customer Service or Sales Leadership role, preferably within the beauty industry.You've got the chops!
  • Communication Champion:Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional, yet wonderfully personable communication both written and verbal.

  • Shopify Savvy:Proficiency with Shopify Standard, including Shopify POS. You know your way around!

  • POS Prowess:Previous experience using POS systems and confidently handling cash.

  • Flexible & Fabulous:Capable of working 35 hourweek, Thursday through Monday.You don't mind working on the weekend when theircustomers need you most.

  • Curl Connoisseur (A HUGE plus!):Knowledge of or experience caring for curly hair would be a significant asset. If you live and breathe curls, we want to hear from you!

  • Strong & Steady:Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more and comfortably stand for long periods of time.

  • Organized Optimizer:Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills. You're a wizard at keeping things in order.

  • Decisive Dynamo:A strong communicator with a proven ability to resolve problems and make fast, smart decisions.

  • Team Player & Independent Achiever:Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a fantastic team.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet our Client's amazing customers in person, dive into their hair needs, and expertly guide them to the perfect products for their unique curl pattern. You'll be their personal curl consultant!
  • Respond to online inquiries from social media and thewebsite like a speedy, professional superhero. Offer brilliant recommendations and creative solutions, because every curl query deserves a star answer.

  • Smooth over any bumps in the road with grace and ingenuity. You'll brainstorm creative solutions to turn frowns into fabulous smiles.

  • Process transactions and master our Client's Shopify POS system like a pro.

  • Regularly review and update Shopify orders, ensuring every customer's journey is seamless and satisfying.

  • Share invaluable insights with the Owner/CEO on customer interactions and product demands. Your feedback will be integral to fill any gaps and keep our Client's product line perfectly tailored.

  • Foster a positive, productive, and wonderfully wavy team environment. Teamwork makes the dream work!

  • Think on your feet and proactively solve problems across the board from team dynamics to inventory presentation and, of course, customer experience.
