What You Will Do As Lead Full Stack Web Developer, you will own and add to our technology platform, directly impacting and servicing over 80,000 employees. You will work within a fast-paced, autonomous team, with highly-skilled team members from various backgrounds. Our founders believe in giving you the tools and space to grow while empowering you with the strategies and tactics needed to be successful in the short-term. Your day to day activities will include: * Building out new platform features * Building new tools for exciting clients, partners & prospects * Fixing bugs & drinking great coffee * Driving value to our internal business users * Driving value to our external clients and end-users * Playing ping-pong and foosball * Ensuring our platform uptime and SLA is maintained Attributes We Value * High proficiency in multiple full-stack web technologies * Experience running & building high-uptime web platforms * Love for the environment & eco-friendly products * Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills * Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail oriented * Entrepreneurial spirit & ability to “wear many hats” (or toques) * Proficiency in English (and other languages are great too!) * Passion for cutting-edge technologies, web-based platforms and e-commerce Technical Skills We Are Looking For As a full-stack developer you must be able to own all aspects of the technology stack!
