Job description

Position Overview

Glo Skin Beauty is seeking an Los Angeles based motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce + TikTok Shop Coordinator to support the daily operations of our digital commerce ecosystem, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and web merchandising initiatives.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in ecommerce and digital retail. The Coordinator will play a hands-on role in maintaining site accuracy, supporting promotional execution, managing TikTok Shop operations, and assisting with web help tickets and platform optimizations.

This role works closely with the Director of Ecommerce and cross-functional partners across marketing, creative, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience across DTC and B2B platforms.


Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesShopify Site Support + Web Operations
  • Assist with day-to-day management of the Shopify storefront (DTC, B2B, and Canada as applicable)

  • Support product setup including descriptions, imagery uploads, metafields, tagging, categorization, and inventory checks

  • Execute promo code setup and basic merchandising updates

  • QA landing pages, PDPs, and promotional pages before launch

  • Monitor and respond to WebHelp tickets related to:

    • Website promotions

    • Order issues

    • Functionality errors

    • Password resets

    • Basic troubleshooting requests

  • Conduct routine site audits to identify broken links, outdated content, and merchandising gaps

  • Assist in maintaining product catalog accuracy across front-end and back-end systems

  • Support subscription setup and product tagging as needed


TikTok Shop Management
  • Support the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop

  • Assist with product listings, content uploads, SKU setup, and pricing alignment

  • Ensure product imagery, descriptions, and branding meet company standards

  • Monitor TikTok Shop orders and coordinate with operations/customer service when issues arise

  • Assist in executing TikTok promotions, creator collaborations, and campaign launches

  • Conduct routine audits of TikTok Shop for accuracy and brand consistency

  • Track basic performance metrics and support reporting



Site Merchandising + Campaign Execution
  • Assist with homepage updates and merchandising changes tied to campaigns

  • Support launch execution for new products across Shopify and TikTok

  • Build and QA landing pages using Shopify or page builder tools (e.g., GemPages)

  • Support seasonal updates, promotional swaps, and visual refreshes

  • Coordinate with creative to upload assets and ensure correct formatting



Administrative + Operational Support
  • Maintain organized documentation of site updates, promo codes, and merchandising calendars

  • Assist with data pulls from Shopify and TikTok Shop for reporting

  • Help prepare weekly site performance summaries

  • Stay current on ecommerce and TikTok commerce trends



Amazon
  • Conduct routine audits of Amazon product detail pages (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords)

  • Assist with data pulls and report builds as needed

  • Support ongoing quality assurance processes to maintain a high-performing and compliant Amazon catalog

  • Assist with product listings, content uploads, ASIN setup



Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or related internships

  • Experience with Shopify (internship, coursework, or personal projects) preferred

  • Familiarity with TikTok as a platform - TikTok Shop experience is a plus

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer retail is a plus but not required


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Communications, or related field (required or strongly preferred)

  • Relevant internships in digital, retail, or social commerce highly valued

Working Conditions:

● Sitting for long periods at a time at a desk using a computer and telephone

● Full-time role with a standard 40 hour work week - Remote to Hybrid role

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role is $55,000-60,000

● PTO Accrual: 4.75 hours earned per pay period, based on tenure
