  • Work with store staff to ensure online orders are handled properly
  • Manage app tools (reviews, loyalty, email marketing, search, etc.)
  • Track site performance and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV)

Optimization & Growth Support

  • Coordinate promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns
  • Identify conversion improvements and work with contractors to implement them
  • Support SEO basics and site content organization
  • Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and analytics

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, e-commerce project management, or online retail
  • Experience working with Shopify (managing store operations, apps, or builds)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with external developers/agencies (outsourced work)
  • Comfortable working with large product catalogs (1,000+ SKUs; 5,000+ preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail (inventory, pricing, product data accuracy)

  • Experience with Lightspeed POS (Retail)
  • Experience launching an online store for a physical retail business
  • Understanding of product catalog management and variant setup
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics (Shopify Analytics, GA4)
