To thrive as a Shopify Designer, you need strong skills in web design, UI/UX principles, and a solid understanding of Shopify’s platform and Liquid templating language. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Shopify’s backend and theme customization interfaces is crucial, while certifications in web design or Shopify platform use can be advantageous.
