Job description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Specialist to support the development and execution of creative content across a variety of digital marketing and eCommerce channels. This individual will focus primarily on creating and adapting static visual assets for web, eCommerce, email, social media, online marketplaces, and paid digital advertising.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with an understanding of how creative content is used across digital and eCommerce environments. This person will work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and other internal and external partners to develop engaging, brand-consistent content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original static graphics for eCommerce, DTC, email, social media, web, online marketplaces, and paid advertising.
  • Modify and optimize existing creative assets, including resizing, retouching, color correction, text overlays, and platform-specific adjustments.
  • Support the development of digital content for product pages and online marketplaces.
  • Ensure creative assets consistently follow established brand and visual guidelines.
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and agency teams to execute digital campaigns and projects.
  • Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to support ideation and improve content development efficiency.
  • Help organize and maintain creative assets within digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quick-turn deadlines.
  • Stay current on digital design trends, platform requirements, and eCommerce content best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Production, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of graphic design or digital content experience, ideally supporting consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
  • Experience creating content for eCommerce and digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, and email marketing platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and managing multiple creative projects.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience within CPG, retail, eCommerce, or an agency environment is preferred.
