Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (Remote โ€“ Mandarin/English)Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Data Entry Specialist fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to join our remote team. This role is responsible for collecting, translating, and entering data into internal systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting online research and working with structured data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and input data into internal databases and content management systems
  • Translate information accurately between Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Conduct internet research to gather and verify data, including reviewing company information, reports, and regulatory updates
  • Maintain and update records in systems such as SQL databases or Microsoft Access
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and consistency across all entries
