  • Assist with Shopify Plus configuration, theme updates, app settings, content updates, and platform enhancements
  • Coordinate with developers and vendors to troubleshoot issues, test releases, and support technical improvements
  • Monitor website functionality, checkout flows, navigation, integrations, and customer-facing experiences
  • Support promotional execution, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility, and post-launch validation

Optimize Customer Experience & Performance

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, mobile usability, navigation, onsite search, and checkout experience
  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, sessions, and product performance
  • Analyze trends and site behavior to support data-informed recommendations and improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, customer service, operations, and technology teams
  • Help manage project timelines, testing, requirements, and execution across e-commerce initiatives

What Makes You Successful

You are:

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment
  • A strong communicator who can translate technical issues into clear business language
  • Solutions-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative and adaptable when working across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify platform management, website management, or related digital roles
  • Experience managing Shopify Plus environments, including themes, apps, promotions, product data, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify themes, and basic JavaScript; Liquid experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journey optimization, merchandising, and CRO best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP, OMS, fulfillment, inventory, and backend operational workflows
  • Experience working with third-party apps, agencies, and technology vendors
