About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing & Sales Closer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.
This is not a traditional sales role. We need someone who can confidently speak with business owners because they have personally built campaigns, managed marketing budgets, optimized funnels, audited Shopify stores, and generated measurable ROI for clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating trust and closing new business.
- Leading discovery and strategy sessions.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Gathering requirements and setting expectations.
- Handing off clients seamlessly to the Project Manager and fulfillment team.
If you have never managed digital marketing campaigns, built funnels, optimized Shopify stores, or scaled brands through paid advertising, this role is not a fit.
Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Identify client pain points and growth opportunities.
- Present customized digital marketing strategies.
- Close high-ticket marketing retainers and service agreements.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Client Onboarding
- Lead onboarding calls after contracts are signed.
- Gather brand assets, access credentials, and project requirements.
- Establish KPIs and client expectations.
- Document client goals and campaign objectives.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Project Management team.
- Maintain positive client relationships during the onboarding phase.
Strategic Marketing Consultation
- Analyze current marketing efforts.
- Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
- Review customer acquisition systems.
- Recommend improvements to funnels, offers, and conversion rates.
- Advise clients on scaling strategies.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of high-ticket sales closing experience.
- Proven experience selling marketing services, e-commerce services, or agency retainers.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
Shopify Experience (Required)
Candidates without significant Shopify experience will not be considered.
