Fuze HR is recruiting an experienced Assistant Shop Manager for a leading heavy-duty vehicle repair and refurbishment operation in Milton, ON. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee shop employees, manage workflow, ensure quality standards, and support daily production activities.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a body shop, truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment environment
  • 5+ years of hands on experience of collision repair, structural repairs, bodywork, fabrication, and refurbishment of commercial vehicles and equipment. 
  • 310B License is required 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
