Crest Ford is searching for high performing Bodyshop Manager to continue its President Award winning service.  We want to grow our collision repair business within our customer base and other opportunities in our area.  Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude and enjoy working in at paced environment.  Our facility has the latest equipment including:

  1. 2024 GFS Paint Booth
  2. All required welding equipment
  3. Data measuring system
  4. Air conditioned facility for summer efficiency
  5. Ford Certified Master Technicians to support repairs
  6. Over 12 bays to serve our customers
  7. Loaner vehicles

Management Responsibilities:

  1. Best in class service experience for our customers
  2. Employee development and hiring
  3. Workflow in our facility
  4. Daily meetings including other departments
  5. Grow relationships with Insurance Companies
  6. Close and balance repair orders
  7. Ensure collection of receivables
