What You'll Do

As Body Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our collision repair facility, including:

  • Lead and develop technicians, estimators, painters, parts personnel, and support staff.
  • Manage daily production to keep repairs moving efficiently while meeting quality and delivery goals.
  • Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and OEM repair procedures.
  • Improve shop workflow, identify production bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee estimating, blueprinting, supplements, and repair planning to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate parts operations to ensure timely vehicle flow.
