Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will be responsible for owning our TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end. This role requires TikTok Shop Seller Center expertise, proven creator affiliate management, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Shop Operations & Health Maintenance: Maintain store health metrics (violation points, dispatch rates), manage catalog/inventory sync, and execute flash deals and campaign promotions.
  • Creator & Affiliate Program Growth: Recruit and onboard creators, negotiate commission structures, provide content briefs, and coordinate live commerce sessions.
  • Sampling & Seeding Execution: Direct sample vetting, fulfillment, and follow-up while tracking conversion rates and direct ROI against sales targets.
  • Analytics & Platform Growth: Monitor GMV, conversion rate, and AOV while capitalizing on real-time TikTok trends to scale channel revenue.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of affiliate marketing experience with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
  • Track record of recruiting, negotiating with, and managing content creators with documented performance results.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, pulling performance reporting, and tracking complex multi-variable sampling data.
  • Strong written communication skills and active, daily immersion in TikTok trends and content.
