 Outside Sales – Commercial Accounts (Restoration Services)

$55K Base + Commission | Build Your Own Territory

PuroClean of Burlington is hiring an outside sales professional to develop and grow commercial relationships with property managers, apartment complexes, multi-story building maintenance managers, and local businesses.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you build long-term accounts and become the go-to vendor for emergency restoration services.
What You’ll Do:

  •  Build relationships with property managers, multi-family complexes, and building maintenance managers
  •  Become a trusted resource for multi-story buildings and commercial facilities
  •  Generate new business through in-person visits, networking, and follow-up
  •  Develop and manage your own book of business
  •  Represent PuroClean at local networking events, industry groups, and community functions
  •  Actively participate in groups such as BNI, property management associations, and local business organizations
  •  Position PuroClean as the preferred vendor for water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation 
  •  Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business 
Compensation:

  • $55,000 base salary
  • 5% commission on gross revenue
  •  Commission paid monthly
  •  Realistic total earnings potential: $80K–$120K+ depending on performance
