Position: Warehouse helper

Location: Twin Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Afternoons (Flexible on school schedules) 
Compensation: Depending on experience

Position Summary

The Warehouse helper is responsible for delivering parts, tools, and materials to technicians and job sites while assisting with warehouse organization, inventory support, and general operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting HVAC and plumbing operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HVAC and plumbing parts, tools, and materials to technicians and job sites in a timely manner
  • Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, yard, and company vehicles
  • Assist with inventory counts and stocking materials
  • Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery of parts and equipment
  • Support technicians and installers with job-related supply needs
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field personnel throughout the day
  • Follow all company safety policies and driving regulations
  • Assist with general shop and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, or warehouse equipment preferred
  • Prior warehouse, delivery, HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills preferred
