Job Description

You'll Make an Impact By:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Audi technicians
  • Diagnosing and assisting with advanced drivability, electrical, and network concerns
  • Ensuring repairs meet Audi factory standards for quality and efficiency
  • Partnering with advisors to explain technical findings and repair recommendations
  • Helping improve shop productivity while maintaining a positive team culture
  • Supporting technician development through training and real-time coaching
Qualifications

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician
  • Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing technicians
  • Working knowledge of dealership management systems
  • Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • A passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
