Job description

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Shop Floor Controller to join our team in King of Prussia, PA!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drive, track & manage all WIP (Work in Progress) from when hardware is delivered to the floor until it's complete & delivered to the next user or stock
Understand & facilitate plan executions (daily & weekly goals)
Ensure supervision is aware of and working the right priorities across the programs
Provide status and hardware updates to leadership and support functions
Coordinate help needed when hardware is on hold with MRP/ME/QE/TE/Mgmt (inside the building) and with OL (Operations Leadership) for Program, Engineering (outside the building)
Perform look ahead analysis and clear potential upcoming roadblocks
Participate in OET's (Operations Excellence Team) and process improvements
Responsible for Idle Jobs metric and hands on hardware (system & physical)
