I'm currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing company known for the quality of its products and its people-first culture. They are looking for an Electrical Shop Team Lead to oversee daily operations while supporting and developing a skilled production team.
As the Electrical Shop Team Lead, you will serve as the technical resource for the department while coordinating production activities and ensuring quality standards are met.
