Mission

As the Electrical Shop Team Lead, you will serve as the technical resource for the department while coordinating production activities and ensuring quality standards are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide technical leadership to the electrical panel assembly team.
Coordinate daily production priorities based on the manufacturing schedule.
Ensure materials, electrical components, tools and documentation are available for production.
Monitor workflow from preparation and wiring through testing and final delivery.
Track production progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact deadlines.
Ensure electrical assemblies comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Support the team during testing, energization and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate work assignments and promote effective communication across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and efficiency.
Train and mentor new employees on work methods and best practices.
