Part-Time Gift Shop Associate - Fowler Toyota Norman

Fowler Toyota Norman is searching for an associate for their specialty boutique. The Gift Shop Associate plays a key role in the operation of the boutique by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
  • Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
  • Provides cash refunds or credit customers for returned merchandise.
  • Runs daily report.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Keeps the store neat and clean.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
